Booking Conditions for Desert Tours

All travel arrangements for desert tours should be made at least THREE business days in advance. For a smoother experience, we recommend booking our desert tours a few weeks in advance. Once you've confirmed your booking for a desert tour and provided your personal travel details, you'll receive a confirmation and pro-forma invoice via email. Please note that a non-refundable down payment of 35% of the total package price is required at the time of booking.

To secure your booking, a 35% deposit must be paid. Upon receiving your payment, you'll receive essential travel documents, including e-tickets, vouchers, and itineraries via email. The remaining balance of the payment is due on the first day of your desert tour. (Please be aware that all bank or PayPal transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.)

Special Requests

For any special requests related to In desert tour, please inform us in writing when making your booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee their fulfillment due to availability constraints.

Passengers with Disabilities

Our desert tours may not be suitable for passengers with disabilities as our vehicles do not have disability access or provisions for wheelchairs. We assume no responsibility for any inconvenience or injury related to this limitation. Additionally, we cannot guarantee specific hotel rooms for travelers with disabilities when hotel accommodations are included in overnight trips. However, we will make every effort to reserve appropriate accommodations when available. Travelers with disabilities or health issues should inform In Desert Morocco Tours via email when making a reservation.

Local Purchases

We are not responsible for any items that clients may purchase locally during their desert tour, such as jewelry, food, or souvenirs. The quality and value of these items cannot be guaranteed. Clients should check whether extra charges like import duty or freight are applicable, and we are unable to assist with any associated costs.

Cancellation Terms/Refunds

Once your desert tour booking is confirmed and finalized, the tour package and all land arrangement bookings become non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused tours, transportation, or hotel stays. In the event of natural disasters, force majeure, or government-mandated cancellations, clients may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers (e.g., hotels).

Force Majeure

In Desert Tours is not liable for disruptions to your desert tour due to unusual weather conditions or events outside our control, including technical issues with transportation, war, civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, terrorist activity, and more.

Liability

By booking a desert tour through In Desert Morocco Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. In Desert Morocco Tours acts as an intermediary and agent for vendors and service providers (e.g., hotels, ground transportation, tours, meals, travel insurance) and is not liable for any breaches of contract or actions by suppliers resulting in loss, damage, delay, injury, sickness, or accidents to clients and their travel companions.

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses related to terrorist activities, labor disputes, technical or maintenance issues with transportation, local laws, climatic conditions, schedule changes due to weather or road conditions, natural disasters, or other irregularities beyond our control.

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with their desert tour, including physical activities such as hiking, walking, or other recreational activities. We do not assume responsibility for injuries or health issues resulting from these activities. Clients are responsible for evaluating the potential risks and should inform us of any health issues before making a reservation.

Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, especially for active tours. This insurance should cover cancellation charges, unexpected curtailment of the vacation, medical expenses, loss or damage to luggage, and personal liability claims. If clients fail to secure adequate travel insurance coverage, they accept full responsibility for themselves and their party.

We strive to provide excellent services during our desert tours. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your desert tour, please contact us as soon as possible.
